Brahman is a graduate of the Columbia School of Theatre in Chicago. He is a student of the Meisner Technique, Stanislavsky, Michael Shurtleff, Uta Hagen and Stella Adler. Brahman has performed in theatres around Chicago, Los Angeles, etc. He has guest starred in the Pierce College production of Othello as Othello, worked in the film Training Day and performed in a play for Danny Glover's Theatre Company, winning Best Featured Actor in A Raisin in the Sun as George Murchinson. He was also nominated as Best Actor in A Soldier's Story as Captain Davenport. Brahman says that he is, with great humility and appreciation, "relishing his reality."
